1996 B.S. in Communications from Northern Illinois University. Go Huskies! Joel has been a full time appraiser since 2001 and also has experience as a Realtor. Joel is married with three children. In his free time, Joel enjoys being a volunteer club level soccer coach and enjoys playing soccer at the Davenport Parks and Recreation.
